Our process and our programs are designed to get you approved as fast as possible. A simple application and a few key pieces of information are all we need to get you the equipment you need.




Application process


Complete our credit application. A straight forward single page that answers the most basic of questions: Who you are, what you do, where you do it, how long have you been doing it, etc. Information you have at your fingertips.

Equipment Description. We need to know what equipment you are getting. So if you can provide a buy order, sales quote, or vendor invoice, that will tell us things like make, model, and price. Makes sense, right?


Depending on a review of your credit and the cost of the equipment there is a good chance that is all we will need to submit for approval. We have Application Only programs that are designed for maximum convenience and a quick answer. In most cases we can have you approved in less than 24 hours.


For transactions requiring more attention we will let you know up front what kinds of documentation we will need for an accurate credit decision. But don’t worry, it’s still pretty painless. A couple of tax returns, bank statements, and other similar financial statements may be needed to process your request. We will work with you to help you gather this information any way we can. WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU.


Approval Process


Once we have all of the necessary information gathered it is submitted to our senior underwriters for review. Depending on the size and complexity of the transaction this may take a couple of days. But we will keep you in the loop during the process. As we get feedback we will share it with you. If we need to address additional items we will do it together. We don’t stop working until the deal is done.


Congratulation You’re APPROVED.


We LOVE to give you the good news. Now the fun begins. You can let your vendor know that you are approved and put their (and your) mind at ease. Once we have the terms of the approval we can sit down with you and go over them to make sure you fully understand and agree. Then it is a simple matter of signing the lease documents and you are on your way.


Final steps


Once the documents are signed we will take over for you to get the last few details taken care of. We can help you arrange for insurance, do necessary tag and title work (if necessary), and coordinate the delivery of the equipment with your vendor.
